Rude manager

Pinetown store manager LUNGILE, I have no words, the level of disrespect from that lady os beyond explainable, the whole manager told the cashier that i cant laybye 1 item, i then ask then to show me the policy, they went @ the back to gossip and come back, not showing me anything, they then assist a person that was behind me yoooooo if this is how they treat customers to make them laybe things they dont want just because Lungelo has her own rules to the company, that is why most people dont laybe because she makes them laybe things they dont want because u have to laybe more tgan 1 item, worse part i always laybe in other branches and they never said such. Im high dissapointed!!!!
