Ridiculed by staff at Refinery store

My husband and I went to the store on 02.01.2024 to return and item. I made my purchase using my card and the supposed manager on duty was extremely rude,arrogant and even ******. His arrogance and customer service was beyond hat one would imagined. I requested a cash refund and he just said the money would need to be put on the card since this was the policy.My husband asked for the copy of the policy and the guys responses he doesn't have a copy he is just telling us .My husband had to drive home and get the card and he asked the payment be immediate. To date the funds has not been reached. This manager through my garment at me and they started talking to the staff and laughing at my husband while he went to get the card. My husband asked to speak to someone in higher authority and this guys just smirked and said he would give us the numbers. When we had done the transaction after being in this store for more than 20 mins the workers laughed at us and the manager basically ridiculed us. I cant believe the attitude of your staff and the way they treat customers!
