**** Return and Exchange procedure

i bought a trouser from refinery on the 29/10/2019 which it happened not to fit the person i bought ther trouser for. i went to Refinery at Green Stone Mall for refund on the 31/10/2019. the manager by the name of K****tso refused to authorise the refund because i did not have the debit card i used for the purchase. The confusion here is that the returning and refund policy does not state that you must present the bank card you used for the purchase in order to be able to do refund or exchange. i called the call center trying to launch a complain but a consultant by the name of Nathi told me that it is unfortunate that she is unable to launch the complain for me if i do not have an account with them. i mean really! so only customers with Refinery account are important to them not the ones using cash. so now am stuck with their item. why are we treated like ******* in Refinery. for i am using my own money not even if Jesus is coming back i will neve ever in my life set my feet in this store ....NO MORE
