Refund-Annoyed

I visited Refinery Menlyn for a refund, a lady who was assisting me asked for a card that I used I explained to the lady that the card is misplaced.She then asked if I do not have a credit card I gave her a credit card. She asked me to swipe a card and a pin. The following day I checked my statement only to find that R299 was deducted from my acc. I called Std card division they explained to me that the transaction is pending authorisation they can no reverse they can only reverse if they receive a authorisation number or request from Refinery. I visited the store and I was told they can not assist me until I produce a bank statement. I explained to the lady that the transaction is not showing on my statement as its pending authorisation. I was turned back.
