Refinery Worcestet

My husband bought me a dress for my anniversary gift on thursday. Dress was too big so i returned it on friday. Bought smaller size in Paarl on Saturday. Today,Monday 22 Dec I went to Refinery in Worcester to refund the dress Ive exchanged on Friday- then I will use the money to do my nails for Xmas...well no one asked me how I want the tender type of the return- cashier asked for the card I used with purchase,so I went out to ask my husband for it. I use to work for Ackermans,so I know when a debit card has been used as tender type the refund can be made into cash...If I used a credit card I would totally understand that the money needed to be transfered to tha credit card. Im very unhappy. This has been the best store where I can get whatever I need....but today was my last at Refinery Worcester.
