Refinery South Africa is refusing to refund me

I went to refinery mall of the North on the 24th May 2025. I was paying using a bank card but due to network it was declining but surprisingly I got an sms that the money went through. The cashier said it will reverse and advised me to pay with cash. Up until today i haven't received my money back they are taking me from pillar to post, i called the head office they always lie and say they reversed the money it will reflect within 72 hours. Everytime when i call it's the same story they don't want to give me my money back
