Refinery putting term and conditions but their employees going against them and misleading customers....

Im very upset with the gateway branch i laybyed a dress and i payed for it the same month R450. Due to the size of the dress i had to return it because i dint have the card the purchase was made from the cashier was about to give a full refund now this guy Musa mbatha said.'' we don't give full refu ds on laybyed items' from what i know it was not a purchase done by a store credit so i should be intitled of the full refund as stated on the slip. I asked him that it's not in the terms and conditions though he said that is the policy. I read the return and refund terms and conditions on their website i was suppose to be refunded as per terms and conditions so i can imagine how many customers are being told incorrect information im very upset with refinery nobody should be given incorrect information when it comes to their money it is unfair on me as a customer it's like i said they should not have all sizes in their store!!!
