Refinery online shopping ****

I bought a green dress, Refinery online (for my Xmas themed lunch) on the 29th of November 2025 as there were no sizes at Refinery shop in Clearwater Mall. It was confirmed to be delivered on the first. Today is the 10th of December 2025, 3 days after my Xmas themed lunch, I still haven't received my dress. They keep rescheduling my delivery every single day. They first kept saying the address they have is wrong, I contacted their customer care and Kaneezah Challens confirmed my address was corrected. I still haven't received my dress even after sending their drivers my location. They gave excuses like "it's already late", "my petrol isn't enough" "I'm too far" to not even calling at all. I asked Kazeenah to refund me or drop my dress at Refinery Clearwater Mall where I can collect myself but she isn't responding to my mails anymore. I feel ****med by Refinery shops and I am greatly disappointed. I have evidence of all of this, WhatsApp messages with their drivers and emails that I sent to their customer care dept. Beautiful clothes but bad customer service from their online shopping services They did me dirty.
