Refinery mall of the north

I went to Refinery mall of the north today in the morning to buy a dress I saw on thier Instagram page. .. I did find the dress and I asked to pay and the lady at the pay point was busy in her phone. I stood in front of her for like 10 minutes and she then went away and came back with sweaters and started counting them. I will never set my foot at that store again.
