Refinery is the most difficult store to open a store card .

I app**** for a store card online uploaded my payslips .I then received a message that they are unable to use my payslips i should send my bank statements. The message clearly says please send 3 month payslips OR bank statements. Please use your english properly, the website also say payslips OR bank statements. If you need both then state that. I have a clear credit record with only my car insurance installment. I dont see what the problem is. I still have not received an outcome if it is based on not receiving the bank statements then you are contradicting your website.
