Refinery Head Office Time Wasters!

A salesman at Refinery Musgrave offered me to open an account with them and I humbly accepted. I decided to go back home and apply online.

After filling the online application my application was successful and I received continues sms's advising me that my account is ready for use and my limit has been passed pending proof of payment. I even received a statemnet via email showing my details of account.

Apon arrival at Musgrave refinery to pick my card , the head office States they can't issue my card because my pay slip needs to be stamped by the company, I have accounts with almost all retailers and not once was I asked to have a payslip stamped when my payslip is the original copy.

Head office personal had a care a damn attitude and seemed like she didn't know jack about her job!

Sorry refinery you have lost a customer.
