Refinery gateway shopping mall

I had a bad experience in gateway refinery I had a problem with my card when trying to purchase from them, I asked if they can try the other machine all they did was to shout so that other customers could hear that my card has a problem their manager came at took the customer who was behind me he was also using a card his transaction went through and he said now that his transaction went through there is nothing I can do for you I beg him to try use the other machine I evem show them my balance that I do have money into my account but the manager was so rude to me he just left me and go stand by the entrance the way I was so humiliated 💔💔it get even worse because refinery customer care called and it seems like they took their managers side I would never ever set my foot at refinery!!
