Refinery exchange policy

Deeply disappointed in poor service received from Refinery. Received item as a gift and despite still having original tag, refused to exchange item for another size and insisted on slip. Of course everybody keeps slips og all gifts. Did not even want to engage in discussion. Really poor!!!
