Refinery

So in September i bought the white sneaker with the laces...for only having the sneaker for 2 months it looks as tho its going to start peeling...in November i took it back and the manager said quality control would have to assess the shoe...from the beginning he was being negative...never the less i left the shoe there and it layed in the shop for a month...no one ever got back to me...apparently they tried calling but no one has...i had to go and check all the time if there was any feedback...when i went to fetch the sneaker i was told theres nothing they can do its not a manufacturing fault but customer abuse...really??when i wear the sneaker now and then and not everyday...i love the shoes but never will i buy there again because of this poor customer service.
