Poor Withdrawal process

I am very disappointed with how the withdrawal process of my savings and provident fund. HR and Benefits department are taking forever to submit my documents. All I want is to move on and leave the company alone. Their HR is now avoiding my calls, the benefits department is dragging their feet. It's such a poor experience. I have a daughter that has needs, my landlord is about to evict me. All this could've been avoided by just submitting.
