Poor service for opening an account.

I have been trying to apply for a account with Refinery. I did it online, was pre-approved within a few hours, from there everything went downhill. I sent my 3 months bank statements (January to February) via email as well as the online link, all I receive back is sms stating that it did not include 3 months bank statements. I have resent it almost 10 times now, and I keep on receiving the same sms, it does not include the latest 3 months bank statements, which it does. I have also went into 2 stores and all they tell me is to send it via email, they can't help me.
