Poor service

I purchased online on the 17 of April the delivery date was supposed to be on the 22nd of April. I only received a message tgat they couldn't deliver, I gave them few days thinking they will deliver but since then I didn't get any communication. I tried communicating on their page they kept on sending automated messages saying my ticket has been resolved and closed I tgen gave them another few days until the 2nd of May where tgey thought I have already received my order tgey asked for my review I gave them the lowest rating and stated my problem. I was then called on the 3rd friday at 09:54 he guy told me that he will contact me later for an update but he did not I thought maybe they have changed the tracking status on their page I kept on checking the whole weekend but nothing changed and nobody is communicating. I thought maybe because is weekend thwy will communicate on monday... But nothing is happening. Honestly I wanted to buy more product on this store but their service made me to think otherwise. On the first day where i received message from them that tgey couldn't deliver they said they couldn't find the address I reached yo them and uodated my address though it was okay other companies used the very same address and tgey managed to deliver without any problem. I have pictures of everything that is stated here from sms to emails.
