Poor quality shoe and bad customer service

Refinery Store Bridge City and Gateway have the worst customer service ever. A shoe was bought and within the same month it was already peeling. The shoe and sole where seperated and they said it shows that the shoe has old yet we have the slip as proof of when it was bought. The quality of the shoe is poor yet expensive and the customer service is ****! It looks like they are running a ****a ahop
