Poor

Very poor customer service I had went last week to buy few items one if those was a dress on mark down when it was scanned it rang 250 but it had a tag for 150 the manager said she couldn't override but she promised to call me on Monday with feed back from head office until today I'm still waiting for her way forward wich ithink she was just dismissing me with her not so helpful attitude. Ilove refinery clothes but that stinking customer service please fix that.
