Poor customer service from The Courier Guy

I’m not happy with the Courier Guy service. I had to travel to the mall to get my order because he didn’t want to bring my order to my house. So I don’t understand why I had to pay for shipment fees yet I had to travel to collect my order. I’m really not happy with the service and I wouldn’t consider shopping online again, because what’s the use.
