Poor Customer Service

Yesterday I went Refinery at Eastgate, I was not acknowledged nor assisted as a customer. This wasn't even my first visit to the store,now me done with my shopping waiting by the till point to pay. All the staff was standing in groups chatting, no one helped me to pay until about 10 minutes later!. What poor service for such a huge store
