Poor customer service at refinery stores

Horrible experience.... I opened an account over a month ago... When you go to the store the staff gives you a run around its clear they dont know what they arw doing.... To. Make things worse I spoke to the manager today who showed no interest at all and told me they will call customer service because they only relay the message thats all..theee worst customer service experience ive had in my life refinery gateway
