POOR CRAFTSMANSHIP

Dear Refinery SA.

I think it is safe to say that your clothing is not cheap. The craftsmanship of your clothing is sloppy and unimpressive which is disappointing.

I bought 2 dresses from you in December and had to return one in early January costing R550 because the threads started becoming loose and some parts were not even sewn closed. I luckily got to exchange the dress, but today as I put it on I see that the same things I returned the first one for.

You sell clothes and one would think that because you sell clothes at the prices you sell them for, the dignity of your garments matter. Now I am stuck with a dress with literal holes because you did not finish the sewing and where you did, the work is untidy with some threads hanging loose. I can't even return it because a month has passed. Also, they took the original slip.

I am not happy with your work at all and doubt I will be buying from you again.
