Poor after sales service from this brand!!!

Bought a dress of poor quality on lay-by. Took it out and wore it only 3 times. The dress threats started coming apart.

So I have been told that the latter has been sent to the buying team but the person doesn’t seem to treat customer query or concerns seriously as 12 days later no feedback has been received

I have told that I won’t be getting my money back but rather a voucher as I don’t have a slip for a lay-by item and second their buying team doesn’t come back to when to authorise the refund. I’m appalled as disappointed in the brand, to top it off I am the one who called them back to find out what is happening only to be told they are still waiting.

So disappointed, don’t think I would recommend the brand to any of my friends or family members.
