Please teach your people to have manners and give us what we bought with our money

Bought tekkies last week Sunday 24th at Refinery Diamond Pavillion Kimberley in the Northern cape. To my surprise correct size just that big made. Today when I take them back Nthabiseng the so called manager refused to take them back with a stinking attitude and refused to take them back saying she is not taking them . Mind you I never wore those big tekkies . How do you deal with people with that bad attitude . I only took the tekkies without fitting and realized when I got home they big .
