Paying for your clothes to fall apart

<p>I bought a pair of jeans marked down to R250 from R300. When I got home I tried them on again and all was perfect so naturally I threw the slip away. I put them on to wear out 2 days later and the jeans are falling apart at the seams - such bad handwork that the item itself it's not even staying sown together! PLUS I found a stitching that must have been done to try and "hide" and fix a previous hole. Customer care hasn't even bothered replying to my complaint! Why sell a damaged and "cheap" item to customers especially at that price! And if your items have factory defaults then it should be stated so! </p> <p>Totally appalled by the quality and the lack of response - it will be my first and last time in a Refinery store! </p>
