over charged

<p>I bought Jeggings on Saturday the 10th of September at Fourways Mall refinery that were selling for R199, however when I got home and was checked my bank I realised that I had been charged R250. </p> <p> </p> <p>I went back to the shop today to request for a refund but the lady told me that she's can't refund me without the item. I explained to her that I had bought the Jeggings as a gift for someone and are no longer with me. She still refused to refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel that the store should be able to process a refund because I have the receipt and a tag showing that I was over charged. I bought the Jeans for someone who stays in KZN. Are you guys telling me that I should wait until I see this person again which will not be any time soon before I can get my refund? </p> <p> </p> <p>This was your mistake and surely your systems should tell you that there was an item that was charged incorrectly without me having the item. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
