Not a happy camper!

I logged a complaint to Refinery in regards to a default I have noticed on multiple of there items that I have purchased. A ticket was lodged with the following ticket number (***). A response was given to say this was due to hanging my clothing with pegs which I dont do they either go on hanger or a foldup washing line. I sent multiple emails advising them I am not happy with the outcome and that I am not willing to except the outcome. No reponse was given to the multiple emails I sent. A new complain was logged on the 26 of September with ticket number (***). Till this day, I have had no response. Atleast they can advise me if they are still bussy with my complaint.
