No Refund

So I bought a pair of sneakers for my nephew on the 26th of April 2026 the pair was small I had to return it for a refund from the 12th of May they've been saying my refund was processed but till today the 31th of May 2026 I still don't have my money everyone has got a different story now they are ignoring my emails they won't escalate my calls when ask them the last person I spoke to on the 28th of May refused to give me her name she told me no refund was made for me she then asked for my banking details promised that my money will reflect on my bank on the day but till today there is nothing I'm very disappointed
