New gift card please

Good morning I am submitting this online as I am having no joy with the branch at mall of the south. I have a gift card that has expired. By law you cant keep the money and have to transfer the money to a new gift card. I am still waiting for your manager to contact me on this and have heard from no one had yet. Please can you contact me as I would like to use my gift card. Thank you.
