NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM REFINERY

I have experienced the most atrocious service from Refinery, Tygervalley, Cape Town. Completely and Utterly disappointed. Received a pair of pants that did not fit, tried to return it. Firstly, they would not assist me. Then I got the slip and despite having the slip, they still would not refund me. I could not find anything in the store to replace this item and now I am stuck with a pair of pants I cannot use or return or replace with something else. How can a company not refund someone for something that they do not want or cannot use.
