I am writing this review to detail my extremely frustrating experience with Refinery SA when attempting to cancel a lay-by agreement. What I expected to be a straightforward refund process, albeit with a possible small administration fee, turned into a coercive situation where I was essentially "******" of my cash and forced to accept a store voucher.

I asked if this app**** to all the stores, the gentlemen said yes, i asked for their customer care line, he says he doesn't know the number, this happened at Vosloorus Store Chris Hani.

I want my money not the voucher
