Low quality zips

Hi, hope you are well. I just wanted to express my disappointment with zips on your jackets. They are of very low quality and that is sad because the jackets are not cheap. I bought a jacket just before winter but due to lockdown and working from home, I only wore it for the third time today but guess what? The zip broke. I would like to blame myself but my partner had the same issue soon after purchasing his jacket, which he was able to return as he had the receipt. I am now stuck with a beautiful jacket that is in very good condition but without a receipt, how can I return it to the store? Please assist. I bought it at Centurion Mall.
