Lost my package and no support

Bought online from Refinery on the 27th, but they sent me the wrong waybill number and the incorrect couriers. I had to find which couriers is used on my own, turns out the package was delivered in Pietermaritzburg while my address is Paarl. They contacted me saying it was the wrong waybill number, I have been asking for the correct one for over a week and they still haven't provided me with it. The person couldn't tell me what the number was or where my package was. Since then I received 2 responses from Refinery, one saying my package was delivered at a medical centre and the other afterwards saying it is out for delivery. They didn't even specify at which medical centre, and there is no medical centre at my address. I have asked for a refund but they completely ignore it. I am receiving no assistance from Refinery and there is no number to contact, so I just have to fill in their online form hoping someone competent will get in touch with actual answers.
