I app**** for a new account online, they keep on sending me smses to verify my income and i have done that few days back. I called to find out whats going on. Lulu put me on hold for not less than 6min, when she came back to me i was also on a call, i asked her to hold for few sec for me but she was very rude, telling me how busy she is and switched to her home language which i dont even understand.
