I HAVE absolutely NO respect for REFINERY!!!!!

I am very disappointed with the rude customer service I received from Mpumi. She called me telling me my account was in arrears however, the payment I made was the same amount as stipulated on my statement. Can someone please contact me in regards to this misunderstanding- and follow the BASIC TCF principle when making contact with clients.
