I called in yesterda...

I called in yesterday because I wanted to place an order online,wanted confirmation with them as to when I can receive the parkage so that I know whether it will be convenient for me..the lady confirmed with me that it takes maximum of five days and that I will receive it by Friday..I then was fine then placed an order.. today I am surprised i get confirmation on my email that I will only receive it by 22 April .I called refinery online again to raise it..the lady I spoke to by the name of Lerato was not even willing to help..she insisted on the way she is unable to assist me and nothing she can or I can do as everything is finalised..she was so rude and even sounded like she was sleeping on her voice..bad customer service refinery online.
