Horrible service

I am writing this absolutely angry and disappointed at terrible staff in Canal walk.

Last night, at about 20h30-21h00 my girlfriend and I went in to Canal walk to buy her clothing and a pair of new shoes for graduations she is hosting tomorrow,and I have to say from the minute we stepped in no one took us seriously,attended us or even greeted.

They wall standing at the counter looking at us as if they were actually upset we were there.We had to find the right shoe ourselves,the right size and had to fit the shoes ourselves.

When we finally got it right,we went to the counter and all four consultants didn’t have any interest in helping us,I even had to ask why they look so angry and none of them actually gave us an answer they just wanted us out.

I am really dissapointed at the horrible service I received ,I actually do not think I will buy at Refiney again all we wanted was help with getting the right shoe and size and I wanted to buy a watch not to be neglected like we were poor persants.
