Horrible Customer Support!

Horrible Customer Support! I placed an order 3 weeks ago and it hasn't been delivered until this day. The customer people are responding in one word answers.They have no idea as to what happened to my order and have no access to the warehouse to check.

Two weeks ago the matter was escalated.Last week it was escalated to investigation with the courier.What does that mean. The horribly vague responses are absolutely upsetting. I requested that they send the items i have bought to my nearest Refinery Store .That is not allowed. I request to speak to the manager or someone who has authority.They not available.

I wouldn't dare try to have my money refunded because that will be like pulling teeth.

I have been buying from Refinery for over 12 years , Not that we do not notice the decline in quality clothing but i get an item every now and again because i think it was once a very good store.

I'm so disappointed and sad honestly. From the poorly trained staff ,poor processes and the quality of clothing they now sell.
