Horrible customer service

Worst experience ever, one of the staff worker (Nomfundo) at the Gateway Refinery Store gave me an attitude and her service was very poor and unprofessional. She asked to leave my "personal details" (bank statement) with her claiming that she will update/upload them to their system as I was trying to open an account. She new very well that a customer should not leave their personal with them. At that time I was unaware, another staff member had to inform me regarding that, since I had to come back to rectify whether my documents were uploaded or not because I had been receiving emails from the Refinery head office stating that I still haven't uploaded my details to proceed with my account application. It is such a frustrating experience because a bank statement contains confidential information. After an hour or 2 of waiting they found my documents neglected (behind the printer) meaning that she she is irresponsible.
