Highly disappointed

I was buying a dress, and as I was browsing around I saw a nice tekkie that I really liked and to my sadness my size was not available.

Now my annoyance came when number 1. I had to lurk around looking for assistance, I even mistaken another customer for some1 who worked there, because he looked more interested in helping me than the people who actually worked there. Eventually I found a person that I could ask for assistance from (Edward). I ask if he could please assist me getting a size that I wanted, he searched on the racks and confirmed that they did not have the size.

This is where now my disappointment came now. I requested Edward to check which other branch can have the size I want, specifically maponya mall, as I stay close to them, without even thinking twice he blatantly said "no unfortunately we as refinery do not do that, you will have to go yourself and check", I remember thinking🤔... since when can a retail store not access the other branches to check stock, even PEP can do it, as it is a huge franchise.

I am very disappointed and actually even disappointed at Edward's attitude (if that's even his real name). Thank you, but no thank you, I will not be referring any1 to refinery Golden Walk.
