Full Refund

I want to share my frustration and incompetence, ignorance, arrogance and unfair treatment I received at refinery at Mellvile Ackland park by the floor manager on sat 19/04/2025

I laybyed 3 garments at the shop on the 27/03/2024 and the total of these was R 650.00. I paid I think 10% of this balance and my balance was R 585.00 I settled and took out my layby on the 04/04/2025 however when I got home the garments were not fitting to my daughter and she wanted to buy something else not from refinery but from another shop. Then we both agreed that we will take the clothes back are request for a refund. However I misplaced the slip however when I arrived at the shop this arrogant manager said they will create a voucher for me I refused a voucher because we wanted a full refund. I asked for the copy of my slip since the purchase was a layby of course they will have a slip which will reflect all the item and the whole transaction This arrogant and *********** manager still refused to pay a refund, I have the copy of the slip and every transaction detail is reflected there , he even threatened to call the arrear manager then I told him by all means he can call the manager because as the customer I had a right to request it. He pretended to call the manager and I insisted to speak to the manager however he dropped the call before I could speak to him/her I need the total refund of the purchased garments and not the voucher Number reflected on the slip - ***I have a copy of the slip
