DISSATISFACTION OVER QUALITY OF SNEAKERS

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the sneakers I purchased from Refinery in August.

These sneakers have literally only been worn TWICE, yet they already look and feel like shoes that have been worn for months. The suede quality has deteriorated badly, despite me taking proper care of them. I even purchased sneaker shampoo and a suede renovator, as I do with my other sneakers, specifically to maintain them properly.

What is even more unacceptable is that one of the shoes is already COMING APART on the side. There is a visible separation between the sole and the upper part of the sneaker, to the point where you can literally see between the shoe and the sole.

How does a pair of sneakers that is barely a month old and has only been worn twice deteriorate to this extent?

This is not the level of quality I expected when purchasing from Refinery. Shoes should be able to withstand normal wear, and two wears can hardly be considered reasonable wear and tear.

I am requesting that Refinery take responsibility for the quality of this product and either REPLACE the sneakers with a new pair or REFUND me. I have proof of purchase and can provide photographs clearly showing the condition of the shoes.

I should not have to accept defective footwear after barely using it. I expect Refinery to investigate this matter properly and provide a satisfactory resolution rather than dismissing it as normal wear and tear.

I am extremely disappointed and would appreciate urgent assistance.
