DISGUSTING SERVICES

I am absolutely appalled by the services received from Refinery. I made a lay bye of which I paid in full and collected from Refinery Canal Walk. I unfortunately lost my original slip as I lost my purse in the mall. I returned on of the items and was happy for it to go on a voucher because I exchanged and did not refund. When I got to the store I was advised the item is currently on sale so I wont be able to get my full monies back. This is absolute ***** and ridiculous because I paid the full price for it , this should be on the system as all companies has track of all items sold returned etc.I was basically forced to loose my money because the item is now on sale and not at the time when I purchased the ITEM.I cancelled the other laybye as well and without confirming or consulting with me the agent in Parow Sanlam put the amount on a voucher which was not consulted with me. I basically lost money literally because of Refinery , I am disappointed and disgusted by this and will never ever recommend anyone to Refinery. Even when having the laybye I could not pay this at another branch.I am laying a charge against this company because I dont agree with your policies!!!!!!!!!!!!!
