Disappointed ☹️

I had bought sneakers and 2 t-shirts online,the t-shirts did not specify whether they are relaxed/slim fit,I went ahead and buy them anyway since I liked them,they arrived and I opened the parcel but to my dismay they are slim fit so they were small and cropped!😡and the parcel had no invoice,I tried to return them at Merino mall but they refused and said I must present an invoice,when I told them I did not receive it,they said no ways!I couldn't even after presenting an email with order no and clothing descriptions
