Cresta Refinery, Disrespectful Staff

Went into Cresta store to purchase tracksuits for winter, I walked in with 1 trolley full of purchases, the other trolley had my 12 month old daughter sleeping inside. Zanele an employee at the store, told me I must leave my trolley at the door, I then advised her my child is in the trolley, she then tells me to make my child walk as trolleys isn't allowed in this store at Cresta. I've purchased at many Refinery stores, and never heard of such disrespect, totally disgusted at how rude the staff is, unfortunately I was highly annoyed and left the store without purchasing, went to Cradlestone and received the opposite treatment.
