Bad service from refinery Vincent park east london

On the 25th of September I visited Refinery store in Vincent Park east London eastern Cape to purchase 2 black trousers and I only wore the trousers for a week since I bought to add on my work clothes so on the 28th of September after I did my laundry I noticed that the trousers had lint and it was not even a month I bought them. I only wore the items 2 times after I purchased them. Due to work reasons I could not go to the store immediately after I noticed the Lind and then when I went to the store on the 21st October they said I must bring the items and I did let them know that I lost the receipt, they said I must bring my I. D and bank statement since I used my debit card but when I got they gave a run around and they finally helped me yesterday BUT they told me that the items were on sale and they will only refund me the amount that the items were on sale by. I didn't take their offer and I called their head office number and to my surprise their head office only deals with Ackerman customers.
