Bad Service

On the 15th I had laybuy some clothes at Maponya Mall Soweto. I went to take it out yesterday iv been told that they can't assist me as there's no electricity, but it was done manually and I am leaving at 12. 00.The are manager promise to call me back even now. I have a ceremony in Free State with a hope that I have theme clothes but they are failing me.. Please help
