Bad service

1st time buying online and disappointed, since Tuesday 11 my order was out for delivery but at the end of the day getting messages delivery failed today is the 13 still not recieving. 3rd day getting same message that my order failed to be delivered. The support button on the email returns undelivered when you try to query. Where is the customer service????
