Bad service at Refinery store Fourways mall

The service at the Refinery store in Fourways mall is bad. One of the ladies Rothi Rakanya is very rude and when I told her about her customer service she just rolled her eyes at me. I’ve been a customer at this store for a while now and I’ve never had any bad service from staff members like Nhlanhla but the new staff is really not welcoming and just plain rude. Rothi is the one not welcoming at all and I honestly don’t like being assisted by them.
